Birth: Mar. 7, 1942 Death: Nov. 29, 2011 Virginia Mary Theresa Cogan Holder, "Ginny", 69, of Clovis, NM, died Tuesday, November 29, 2011, at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 5, 2011, at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens with Pastor Furgus Tunnell officiating. Ginny was born March 6, 1942, to Edgar T. and Mary H. (Connell) Cogan in Cambridge, MA. She married William Holder in 1963. Ginny worked as an Insurance Agent for Fred McGinnis, Gilmer-Vaughn-Townsend, Bill Kinyon, George Krattiger, and Stacy Martin of Clovis Insurance Agency. Ginny enjoyed reading and was a member of the Elks Lodge and the VFW 3280. She was a football fan, especially the Dallas Cowboys and New England Patriots. Survivors include her two sons, Randy Holder of Clovis, NM, and Steve Holder of Dallas, TX; a granddaughter, Shelby Holder of Clovis, NM; a niece, Pam Campbell; and two nephews, Scott FitzGerald, and Glenn FitzGerald. She was preceded in death by her husband, William; parents, Edgar and Mary; and a sister, Phyllis FitzGerald.
